The Supreme Court has finally given its verdict in the final year college exam. The top court has said that the final year exams will have to be conducted . The apex court has rejected all the pleas against the UGC decision of conducting exams.
The bench led by Justice Bhushan has given the verdict in this regard and the state universities cannot act against the UGC guidelines. The bench has also added that the state universities should put forth their requests in front of the UGC and the UGC has been directed to consider those requests of the state universities.
