The Gujarat Government is planning a roadshow in Guwahati on 24th November 2023 to showcase the state’s industrial prowess and its potential as a ‘Gateway to the Future’. So far, the Government of Gujarat has conducted a curtain raiser event in New Delhi, followed by roadshows in Mumbai, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, and Bengaluru. The aim is to interact with industry and business leaders and invite them to the upcoming VGGS 2024 Summit in January 2024.
The event will feature a panel discussion led by Shri MulubhaiBera, the Hon’ble Minister of Tourism, Cultural Activities, Forest and Environment, Climate Change, Government of Gujarat. The event will allow businesses to explore collaboration opportunities across sectors like IT & ITeS, Semiconductors, Electronics, Aerospace & Defense, Biotechnology, and Chemical & Petrochemicals.
The event will also attract investments in future-ready mega projects like GIFT City, Dholera SIR, and Biotech Park. The event will start with a welcome address by Shri Bhaskar Phukan, Vice Chairman – CII Assam Council & Managing Director, Numaligarh Refinery Ltd., followed by a screening of an audio-visual film on Vibrant Gujarat, Dholera SIR, and GIFT City.
