Tiger cubs released in Bengal safari

On Monday, four tiger cubs were released into an open tiger enclosure at the Bengal Safari Park near Siliguri. On March 22 this year, a tigress named Sheela gave birth to these four cubs. Four babies are aged six to seven months and they are released into the open area at their proper age. Vehicle travelers can enjoy seeing these cubs on tiger safari.

ANI reports that the Tiger Safari plan has been tested to understand the mindset of the tigers and achieved effective results. At this time the number of female tigresses in Tiger Safari Park is five. Their names Sheela, Rika, Kika, Tejal and Tara. Bibon was the first and only male tiger in the safari park. But now Shiva, Sera, T1, T2 and T3 and six more male tigers with cubs added. The total number of tigers and tigresses on the safari is now eleven.
