Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has once again pushed the boundaries of innovation with its fifth ‘Great 4X4 Expedition’ in the dynamic North-east region. From March 8th to 10th, 2024, 4X4 enthusiasts embarked on a journey of technological marvels, exploring the rugged terrains of PRP Valley in Guwahati and the challenging landscapes of Meghalaya.
The expedition showcased Toyota’s cutting-edge advancements in off-roading technology, with participants experiencing the unmatched capabilities of vehicles like the Hilux, LC300, Fortuner, and the Hyryder AWD. Equipped with state-of-the-art features and intelligent off-road systems, these vehicles effortlessly conquered even the toughest trails.But the innovation didn’t stop there. Toyota’s commitment to sustainability was evident through its partnership with the NGO Sankalpataru, where participants contributed to tree planting efforts using virtual technology. Each participant received certificates for their virtual tree planting, symbolizing Toyota’s dedication to environmental conservation through technological solutions.
Reflecting on the technological prowess of the expedition, one participant exclaimed, “Toyota has truly revolutionized the off-roading experience! From advanced off-road systems to virtual tree planting, every aspect of the expedition showcased innovation at its finest.”
