Turkish Airlines has been awarded the Best in Entertainment in Europe at the 2026 APEX Official Airline Ratings, marking the fourth consecutive year the carrier has secured the distinction. The recognition underscores the airline’s sustained focus on strengthening its onboard product and enhancing passenger experience as part of its broader competitive strategy.
The APEX Official Airline Ratings, conducted by the Airline Passenger Experience Association, are based entirely on neutral, anonymous and independently verified passenger feedback. The evaluation is carried out in collaboration with TripIt and Concur. For 2026, passengers rated more than one million flights operated by over 600 airlines worldwide using a unified five-star system.
Airlines were assessed across five categories such as seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverage, in-flight entertainment and Wi-Fi connectivity. Turkish Airlines’ repeated win in the entertainment segment highlights its continued investment in digital content, advanced in-flight systems and seamless onboard connectivity.
