Vi, a leading telecom operator, has launched a new service, ‘Vi Priority’, aimed at providing a unique customer service experience for its Postpaid users, based on insights from a pilot conducted in select circles.
Vi Priority is a service offered by Vi that focuses on customer experience and performance. It is available to postpaid customers on high rental plans of INR 699 and above, family plans of 4 and above, senior citizens, and long-term customers for 10 years or more. Vi Priority members receive special benefits such as direct access to a 24×7 premium call centre service, zero waiting at Vi stores, effortless bill payments, personalized birthday and anniversary greetings, and premium on-boarding.
The service is also extended to senior citizens and long-term customers for 10 years or more. Speaking about the new Vi Priorityproposition, Abhijit Kishore, COO, Vodafone Idea Limited said, “As a company, we are oriented towards providing a superior customer experience and Vi priority is a step in the direction of taking our servicing levels up by many notches.
