In September 2023, Vivanta Industries Ltd entered into an MOU with Vivanta Drone Research Centre Tanzania Ltd, acquiring a 50% stake for drone assembly and R&D. In April 2023, the company received a $5 million work order from EVOCNA for establishing an EV charging and manufacturing unit, with the goal of commercializing electric vehicle technologies.
The company plans to commission a Biogas project in Sabarkantha in the near future, has approved a 1:4 bonus issue, and received trading approval from BSE on 15 September 2023, resulting in a net profit of Rs. 1.30 crore.
