DCs have been asked to carry out survey and submit report to Govt. on priority basis.In an important direction, Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal today asked the Revenue and Disaster Management Department to conduct a detailed survey on the government land across the state to map alleged illegal encroachments. Out of these 1 lakh has been completed since January, 2020, in spite of critical environment of COVID-19 pandemic, scarcity of materials in hill districts and also paucity of skilled Masons in most parts of the state.
