IndiaSkills: Tripura receives 1 Gold and 4 Silver Medals

After four days of great display of passion and grit, winners from Tripura received 1 gold and 4 silver medals in the IndiaSkills 2021 Regional Competition for the Eastern Zone. Overall, 98 candidates from 8 states and union territory were declared winners in the competition. Governor of Bihar, Shri Phagu Chauhan felicitated the winners at Bapu Sabhaghar, Patna and awarded each of them a cash prize of Rs 21,000 along with a gold medal. IndiGo starts direct flights between Shillong to Dibrugarh

CM Arvind Kejriwal announces free Ayodhya Ram Mandir pilgrimage for senior citizens

On Wednesday, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that the Cabinet has approved the addition of Ayodhya in its free pilgrimage scheme for senior citizens. Addressing the media, Kejriwal said that the Delhi government's 'Mukhya Mantri Teerth Yatra Yojana' will be free of cost for the aged people. 18 villagers shot dead at mosque in Nigeria

18 worshippers were killed by attackers who attacked a mosque in northern Nigeria during early morning prayers on Monday, local authorities and police informed. The attack took place in Mazakuka village in Mashegu local government area of the country’s Niger state. The attackers, believed to be ethnic Fulani nomadic herders, were able to escape.
