Police in Siliguri demonstrated swift action and vigilance when Titu Saha, an officer of the Siliguri Junction Traffic Guard, recovered and returned a lost mobile phone on this Tuesday night. Actually the incident involved Gour Kanto Das, a teacher from Balurghat, who was visiting Siliguri with a friend.
