Amazon has announced initiatives to boost India's digital economy and exports, in line with its India Pledges. The company has signed an MoU with India Post for an integrated cross-border logistics solution, expanding ecommerce exports to lakhs of MSMEs. Amazon is also collaborating with the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India to enable faster delivery. The company will introduce a generative AI-based personal digital assistant called 'Amazon सह-AI' and open its logistics and supply chain capabilities to direct-to-consumer brands across India through multi-channel fulfillment capabilities.
