Drukair, Bhutan’s national carrier has taken delivery of its first A320neo, adding to its fleet an aircraft known worldwide for its low operating costs and excellent fuel efficiency. With this, Drukair has become the world’s latest A320neo customer. The current aircraft fleet of Drukair comprises three A319s and one ATR 42-600. Powered by CFM LEAP-1A engines, Drukair’sA320neo features large, fuel-saving wingtip devices known as Sharklets.
