Former T-Series actor and filmmaker Krishna Kumar, brother of late Gulshan Kumar and uncle of Bhushan Kumar, lost his 21-year-old daughter Tisha Kumar on Thursday, July 18. Tisha passed away on Thursday after a long battle with cancer.
A source close to the Kumar family confirmed the death of Tisha, who was undergoing cancer treatment in Germany. He died in a hospital in Germany. The source said, “Tisha was only 21 years old. He was diagnosed with cancer and the family decided to take him to Germany for treatment. He died there on Thursday.”
T-Series also issued a statement on Tisha’s death. The spokesperson shared, “Krishna Kumar’s daughter Tisha Kumar passed away yesterday after a long battle with the illness. This is a difficult time for the family and we ask that the family’s privacy be respected.
Tisha used to accompany her father Krishna to events organized by T-Series, she was last seen attending the success party of Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal.
