From confidence to self-reliance, RCM puts women at the heart of its growth journey

For women associated with RCM Consumer Products Private Limited, the Special Women’s Academy 2026 was more than a two-day gathering—it was an opportunity to celebrate achievement, build confidence and explore new avenues for self-reliance. Held at RCM World, Bhilwara, on August 15-16 under the theme “Har Naari Samman Ki Adhikari”, the programme brought together women associate buyers and leaders from across India. The Independence Day celebrations began with a march-past and flag hoisting, followed by performances by school-going girls and cultural presentations reflecting the country’s diversity.

A felicitation ceremony recognised women achievers, while Founder T.C. Chhabra and Managing Director Priyancka Agarwaal spoke about RCM’s continuing focus on women’s health, leadership, confidence and independence. Chhabra said self-reliance goes beyond economic independence, while Agarwaal emphasised helping women identify and strengthen their talents. Sports took centre stage on day two with an Inter-state Sports League. National and state-level karate and grappling player and black belt Kiran Sharma and Rajasthan Kesari wrestling champion Ankita Vaishnav joined as chief guests and shared their experiences.

The academy also introduced participants to protein-rich nutrition, organic kitchen gardening and makeup skills. Traditional dances and a cultural walk added to the celebration.Established in 2000, RCM now has more than 10,000 outlets, 160+ depots and over 450 products nationwide.
