Rapid Chess in Goalpara like previous years, on the occasion of Father’s Day this year as well, the 3rd Annual K.C. Das Memorial Rapid Chess Tournament has been organized on June 14. The event is initiative by Chandanshamala Library, located at Azad Road, Bhatipara in Goalpara town.
The competition will commence from 9:00 AM on the said day at Gandhi Bhavan, located near B.O. in Goalpara town. It will be conducted across five categories: Open, Under-19, Under-15, Under-13, and Under-11.
Apart from various educational institutions of Goalpara district, many players from neighboring districts like Bongaigaon, Barpeta, and Kamrup Metropolitan will participate in this tournament.
Interested participants can register by paying an entry fee of ₹50 (fifty rupees) by 4:30 PM on June 12.
