Hyatt expands Brand Explorer rewards to boost Asia Pacific travel

Hyatt has expanded its World of Hyatt Brand Explorer Award initiative across the Asia Pacific region, offering members greater incentives to explore its portfolio of hospitality brands while earning complimentary stays. Under the programme, members can receive a Free Night Award at a Category 1–4 Hyatt hotel after staying at five different Hyatt brands, with additional rewards available for every subsequent five unique brands experienced over the lifetime of their membership.

The hospitality chain said the initiative covers 36 Hyatt brands globally, including 17 across Asia Pacific, catering to leisure, business and premium travellers. Hyatt’s portfolio spans luxury, lifestyle, classic and select-service brands such as Park Hyatt, Alila, Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Centric, Hyatt Place and Hyatt House, among others.

Tammy Ng, Vice President of Brand and Marketing, Hyatt Asia Pacific, said the Brand Explorer Award is designed to encourage guests to discover the diversity of Hyatt’s offerings while rewarding them for exploring different travel experiences. The company said the campaign highlights destinations across India, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Korea and other Asia Pacific markets.

As part of a limited-period offer, World of Hyatt members booking eligible stays until August 17, 2026, can avail discounts of up to 20 per cent on club and suite rooms and up to 15 per cent on standard rooms at participating Hyatt hotels across the Asia Pacific region.

The campaign is expected to resonate with Kolkata’s growing base of leisure and corporate travellers, many of whom increasingly seek premium hospitality experiences across domestic and international destinations. With improved air connectivity from Kolkata and rising outbound travel demand, Hyatt’s reward-based loyalty programme and promotional room discounts are likely to appeal to frequent flyers, business professionals and affluent holidaymakers looking to maximise value while exploring multiple destinations in Asia Pacific.
