Manipur Chief Minister Minister Khemchand Yumnam inspected the ongoing improvement and upgradation works of the Imphal–Saikul Road along with concerned officials and reviewed the progress of the project.During the inspection, Yumnam said the construction work was progressing satisfactorily and assured the public that the project would be completed after the rainy season.
The minister reviewed various sections of the road project and interacted with officials involved in the execution of the work. The Imphal–Saikul Road is considered an important route connecting several areas, and the upgradation work is expected to improve transportation and road connectivity for local residents.Later, Yumnam also inspected “Pangei Lairam Paring” at Pangei Bazaar and reviewed the condition of the site.
He assured residents that necessary steps would be taken for the improvement and development of the area. Officials accompanying the minister discussed possible measures related to infrastructure and local development works.Expressing gratitude to the people, Yumnam thanked residents for the warm welcome and public support extended during his visit.
