The launching programme of Tobacco Free Youth Campaign 2.0, an initiative by the ministry of Health & Family Welfare was held at Jalukie Town on September 24. District Tobacco Control Cell Peren, in association with the Jalukie Police Station, District Enforcement Force, and United Riders Motorcycle Club, coordinated the event. Indian Army has instituted a Court of Inquiry to investigate the Nagaland civilian killings under a Major General-rank officer, news agency ANI reported while quoting Army sources.
