The Minister also inspected the Mobile Skill Morung which is a Training Workshop on Wheels to address the skilling needs of the rural youths established under SANKALP project of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. Vikehie Welfare Society (VWS) Viswema under the aegis of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), Government of India had started conducting road safety advocacy programme near Viswema village, Kohima on National Highway (NH-2) from February 6.
