An ‘Awareness Workshop on EMF Radiation’ was organized by the Assam Licence Service Area (LSA) unit of Department of Telecommunications (DoT) in Karimganjon 9 March. The session was organised as part of DoT’s public advocacy programme to dispel myths around EMF radiation and address unfounded fears of citizens by presenting credible scientific evidence. A total ban on all single use plastics in Noklak: Nagaland

Noklak district has imposed “total ban on all single use plastic.” According to DIPR report, this was informed by SDO (C) & administrator, Noklak town council, C. Phuniang in a notification.
