PM Modi today met his mother Heeraben Modi who is in a hospital in Ahmedabad since last night. Spent time with his mother for more than an hour.
A statement from the UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Center said that Heeraben Modi – who turned 99 in June this year – remains stable. The hospital did not release any other information.
PM Modi also visited her on her 99th birthday.
The news of Heeraben Modi’s hospitalization comes after Prime Minister’s brother Prahlad Modi and his family members were injured in a car accident in Mysuru, Karnataka.
Politician Rahul Gandhi wished PM Modi’s mother for wellness and to recover soon.
