Royal Enfield, the global leader in the mid-size motorcycle segment, has announced the launch of the Classic 350 Gorkha Edition in India at ₹2,10,684 (ex-showroom, New Delhi), with bookings opening today. The new edition is positioned as a tribute to the legacy, courage, discipline and resilience of the Gorkha Regiment.
The motorcycle is finished in a distinctive Gorkha Green colourway and features a bespoke insignia depicting the iconic crossed Khukris. Retaining the Classic 350’s upright riding posture and J-series engine, it comes with an Assist & Slipper clutch and Type-C USB fast-charging port.
Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Chief Commercial Officer, Royal Enfield, said the edition honours the Gorkha military legacy of bravery, loyalty and honour. Lieutenant General Sanjeev Chauhan, AVSM, YSM, President, Gorkha Brigade, said the initiative recognises the regiment’s history and values of courage, discipline and honour.
Alongside the motorcycle, Royal Enfield has introduced the Gorkha Collection, an exclusive apparel and lifestyle range comprising dual-certified Jet and Quest helmets, high-ankle distressed leather boots, multifunctional headgear, apparel and collectibles. The collection draws on military uniforms, regimental insignia and crossed Khukris, using regimental crimson, tactical olive green, matte black and warm bronze.
A division of Eicher Motors, Royal Enfield operates more than 2,100 retail outlets across India and nearly 1,200 stores in over 80 countries. Its global manufacturing network includes four facilities near Chennai and seven CKD assembly plants overseas.
