Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has announced recruiting 12,000 youths in Assam for various posts in government departments. Sarma shared the information through ‘X’ saying that, "As per my previous announcement, the Government of Assam has today advertised 12,600 vacancies for Grade III and IV positions. Additionally, we have also advertised over 5,000 vacancies in the police department this month." Assam man kills coworker and run away

In Assam’s Hojai district,news caught attention about a bakery employee of Ruchi Bakery killed his coworker in Abhaypur region of the district. According to the sources, the accused is identified as Dhaneswar Deka, Upen Kari. The cause of the crime is not yet ascertained by police, investigation is still on its way. For now Police informed, Kari repeatedly attacked the victim with a wooden stick, leading to Dhaneswar’s death. And after committing the crime Kari left the spot and ran away. Norway, situated in northern Europe will help fund India's ‘Hunger Project’ and will also assist in strengthening women leaders to protect the environment and promote food security in the state of Uttarakhand. The time period of the project will be of three years that is until September 26 with an estimated budget of ₹44.7 million, an official said.
