The Assam government will constitute as many as seven committees to look into measures that can be implemented for the upliftment of the tea tribes community in the state. This was informed by Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday. He said that seven committees will be formed to conduct in-depth study into various issues concerning the tea tribes.
