Assam government has announced incentives for the frontline workers in Assam who are engaged in the vaccination drive. The state government has decided to give a monetary incentive of Rs 1,500 per month to each Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) along with their monthly salary till completion of vaccination. Oil India Ltd is setting up a plant to manufacture green hydrogen in Jorhat, Assam. “To strengthen its clean energy offerings”, the company has initiated for setting up a 100 kw green hydrogen plant at its Pump station-3 in Jorhat,” the company said. “The plant in Assam will generate green hydrogen using AEM technology, this is a first of its kind project in the country,” said a statement.
