The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) appears to be wrapping up its massive "Justice Mission 2025" military exercises around Taiwan. The two-day drills, which saw a record 90 aircraft and dozens of naval vessels crossing the median line, simulated a full-scale regional blockade. While Beijing described the maneuvers as a "stern warning" against foreign arms sales, Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense continues to monitor "residual" activities, noting that Chinese ships crossed into the 24-nautical mile contiguous zone for the first time in history during this exercise.
