New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Rath Yatra to be conducted at Puri in Odisha with certain restrictions, saying that it will be held in coordination with the Temple committee, state government and the Centre "without compromising the health issues". Asking the Centre and the state government to "work in tandem", a three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde said that a detailed order will be released by evening. New Delhi: Amid rise in coronavirus cases across India, pending board examinations and competitive tests for engineering and medical colleges are unlikely to be held in July, sources have said. Two back to back earthquakes strike Manipur on Monday evening, according to the National Centre for Seismology.The two earthquakes were reported within 13 minutes of each other. Quoting the National Centre for Seismology, he said the earthquake happened at 4.10 am and the epicentre was at Zokhawthar in Champhai district on the India-Myanmar border. The tremors were felt in several parts of the state, including state capital Aizawl, he said. Several houses and buildings, including a church at Zokhawthar in Khawbunga, in Champhai district have been partly damaged due to the quake, he said.
