In order to obtain a pre-feasibility report (PFR) for a significant hydropower project, the Adi Students' Union (AdiSU) has requested the assistance of Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu to remove paramilitary personnel stationed in the Siang and Upper Siang districts.
