Tata Motors, India's leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, has launched its ‘Customer Care Mahotsav 2024,’ a comprehensive customer engagement initiative running from October 23 to December 24, 2024. The program aims to enhance after-sales support, offering vehicle check-ups, driver training, and value-added services across 2,500 authorized service outlets nationwide. Under the Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative, customers will receive tailored offerings, including annual maintenance contracts (AMC), breakdown assistance, and access to genuine spare parts.
