Danone India has entered the Asia Book of Records for securing 20,911 pledges from healthcare professionals across the country to combat iron deficiency anemia (IDA), marking a major milestone in public health awareness and intervention. The record for the ‘Maximum Healthcare Professionals Pledged to Combat Iron Deficiency Anemia’ highlights a nationwide effort to promote early diagnosis, improve awareness, and encourage nutritional solutions to tackle the condition affecting millions.
