Unshaken Confidence in E-commerce: Eastern India continues to place unwavering trust in e-commerce platforms, with a significant 74% of respondents believing that these platforms offer authentic products. Moreover, an impressive 76% of respondents find e-commerce platforms exceptionally convenient for their festive shopping needs, particularly when celebrating with family.

Amazon’s Prominence: In Eastern India, Amazon.in takes center stage as the most trusted online destination for festive shopping, with 40% of respondents placing their confidence in this platform. Additionally, a notable 68% of consumers in the region find Amazon.in to be incredibly convenient for their online shopping endeavors.Extensive Product Variety: The survey underscores the appreciation for Amazon.in’s vast array of products and brands during festive sales events, with an impressive 79% of Eastern Indian consumers finding it highly appealing.
