On 08th November a youth named Bappa Roy a resident of Siliguri’s Ward No. 23 lost his life due to dengue. Bappa was 30 years old and as per reports he was admitted to a nursing home in Khalpara last Monday due to a fever and other issues. On Tuesday morning he was taken to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital (NBMCH) where he breathed his last.
