India becomes permanent member of UNSC, Putin’s praises India for its support

Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a speech at annual discussion forum has announced India to be permanent member of United Nations Security Council. The UNSC has five permanent members and they are China, France, the Russian Federation, the UK and the US, and 10 non-permanent members elected for two-year terms. Assam CM announcement on uplifting Muslim minorities in the state

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma during a meeting with the senior officials of the state has decided to conduct socio-economic survey of five Muslim indigenous communities in the state, Assam. According to the sources, the decision was taken by the state government to take measures for the socio-political, educational upliftment of the minority communities in the state. Police arrest 800 accused involved in child marriage, Assam

Crackdown on child marriage, special operation began in Assam; over 800 accused were being arrested from parts of the districts on Tuesday. Wages of tea garden workers to be increased by Rs. 18

India’s reply to Canada on the killing of Sikh separatist

Due to the ongoing raw between India and Canada since past few days there have been tensed environment between the countries. Earlier, Canada PM alleged India for the killing of Sikh separatist Nijjar since then both the countries are on word of conflicts. Border dispute: Assam-Meghalaya interstate borders conflict
