Bajrang Dal activist stabbed to death

On Saturday, an activist of Bajrang Dal named Sambhu Koiri was killed near Karimganj. Koiri was returning to Karimganj district after attending a three-day training camp of the Bajrang Dal in neighbouring Hailakandi district. According to the sources, the activist was of 16 year-old. After Nagaon its time Lakhimpur eviction drive

The eviction drive started in Assam from May, 2021 last year on the orders of Chief Minister Himanta Biwa Sharma. On Tuesday, a 500-hectare land eviction drive was launched in Lakhimpur district, reportedly affecting more than 100 families.
