As per the report of Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar Saxena, action has been taken er under the NSA to maintain public peace and order against "mafia" leader Rizwan Zahe. on Saturday night the order was issued and a copy was given to Zaheer in jail, he said. The NSA allows a person to be detained for up to a year without charge. Delhi Police has registered a case against a JNU student for allegedly molesting a colleague. The case was filed on Saturday based on the complaint of a third year student of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). The accused is also a worker of the All India Students' Association (AISA), police said. On Saturday, AISA said the complaint has been forwarded to its Gender Sensitization Committee against Sexual Harassment for investigation and the worker in question has been asked not to participate in organizational activities.
