Over 4,000 Tablighi Jamaat members who have completed mandatory quarantine and show no coronavirus symptoms can go home, Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain said today.However, the minister also said Jamaat members named in Delhi Police's ongoing investigation into the "Markaz" Nizamuddin incident in March will not be released and instead be sent to police custody.Around 900 of those being released from quarantine are residents of Delhi. The Delhi government on Wednesday issued guidelines for screening and handling of passengers on their return to the city airport from abroad by repatriation flights amid the COVID-19-induced lockdown.In an order, the Delhi heath department said this is in view of the planned phased return of Indian nationals stranded abroad by the Ministry of External Affairs in coordination with the Indian Missions overseas.The order issued by the Delhi health secretary said guidelines have been issued for screening and handling of such passengers on their return to the city airport to mitigate the possibility of spread of COVID-19.

The Commissionerate of Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack on Wednesday issued a cyber security alert and told people to download the Aarogya Setu application only from the Google Play Store and Apple App store.The Aarogya Setu app is the government's mobile application for contact tracing and disseminating medical advisories to users in order to contain the spread of COVID19.The police said some people are receiving SMS or WhatsApp messages containing a link to download the Aarogya Setu App. "Please do not click on the link to download Aarogya Setu App," the police said on its twitter handle.

The Delhi High Court today sought the Centre's response on a plea claiming that outstation non-coronavirus patients who had come for treatment at AIIMS are not being provided medication from the hospital''s pharmacy anymore due to the lockdown.A bench of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Rajnish Bhatnagar issued notice to the Centre and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) seeking their stand on the petition which wants medications for these patients till the time the lockdown continues.The plea said the patients had come to Delhi for treatment at AIIMS and were presently living in night shelters in the national capital.
