New Delhi: The Intelligence agencies have alarmed a high-alert for the National Capital, with inputs suggesting that four to five terrorists from Jammu and Kashmir have sneaked in to Delhi with an intention to carry out a major terrorist attack. New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Rath Yatra to be conducted at Puri in Odisha with certain restrictions, saying that it will be held in coordination with the Temple committee, state government and the Centre "without compromising the health issues". Asking the Centre and the state government to "work in tandem", a three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde said that a detailed order will be released by evening. New Delhi: Amid rise in coronavirus cases across India, pending board examinations and competitive tests for engineering and medical colleges are unlikely to be held in July, sources have said. "Safety of students is paramount. The situation doesn't seem conducive to hold these examinations," sources in the Education Ministry said, adding that some exams may be cancelled and competitive exams like NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Under Graduate) or the JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) are likely to be postponed. New Delhi:  India and China will hold top military talks on the Chinese side of the border to discuss the Galwan face-off and other points of dispute, army sources said today.
