The initiative is a collaboration between the Ministry of Communication, UNESCAP, and India’s Digital India Foundation. The pilot covers 15 villages, equipped with solar-powered digital kiosks, online education modules, and telemedicine access. Local youth are being trained to maintain the infrastructure and act as digital facilitators.
