CADC records 74.19% voter participation in elections

The Chakma Autonomous District Council (CADC) recorded a 74.19% voter turnout in its Village Council (VC) elections held on Wednesday. Polling began at 7 AM and continued until 4 PM across the district, with voting at one station extended until 6 PM due to a ballot paper error. Out of 37,883 registered voters, 26,652 exercised their franchise, including 19,162 males and 18,721 females.
