Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma on February 28 handed over a 24-seater TATA school bus to Ephatha Special School for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).
