Kotak Mahindra Bank’s unaudited standalone and consolidated results

The Board of Directors of Kotak Mahindra Bank (“the Bank”) approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and nine months since December 31, 2023, at the Board meeting held in Mumbai, today. The bank's standalone PAT for 9MFY24 increased to ₹ 9,648 crore, a 30% YoY increase from ₹ 7,444 crore in 9MFY23. Recently The Meitei Presbytery Society has asked Meetei Christian Churches Council Manipur (MCCCM) to remove names of Churches under it from a petition the latter has filed in the Supreme Court. Tata & Zomato-backed Cult.fit fires 150 employees

Health and wellness platform Cult.fit (formerly Cure.fit) has laid off about 150 employees. This is the first layoff at the Bengaluru-based firm in three-and-a-half years. According to sources, the layoffs have affected employees across the department. "130-150 senior to mid-level employees were affected in the exercise," said a source requesting anonymity. Sources stressed that the layoffs are mainly to increase runways and cut costs. However, the company has denied any such reasons. Amid Jodo yatra tension erupts in Assam

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi along with his party members are on 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' which has begun from Northeast of India, Manipur. The members has yesterday began their yatra in Guwahati, Assam following tension in the city, traffic rules were modified for the day. According to the reports, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has filed a case against Rahul Gandhi for allegedly provoking the citizens during the yatra.
