Peren district civil society organizations (CSOs) through the presidents of Zeliangrong Baudi (N) C.R. Zeliang, Nagaland Zeliang People Organisation Kevipele Iheilung and Zeme Council (N) Dr. Tumda Newme have opposed and took strong exception to the proposed indefinite ‘chakka bandh’, from February 22 on Mhainamtsi-Pimla and Mhainamtsi-Jharnapani roads, allegedly called by “an unknown illegal Aqahuto area organisations”.
