Arunachal Pradesh Police have sounded a high alert after suspected impersonation calls were made seeking sensitive information concerning the Taksing-Limeking border sector, Indian Army movements and official documents related to the frontier. Police said an unidentified caller contacted an employee attached to a senior police officer and introduced himself as an Indian Army colonel.
