Thane district reports 59 Covid cases

With the addition of 59 more cases, the number rose to 7, 09,725 in Maharashtra's Thane district on Thursday. As no one succumbed to the infection during the day, the death toll in the district was unchanged at 11,895. In neighboring Palghar district, the number of cases stood at 1,63,612, while the death toll stood at 3,407.

7 MWp Solar Rooftop Expansion Project in Pune

Tata Power and Tata Motors have joined hands for the development of a 7 MWp solar rooftop project at Tata Motors’ Passenger Vehicle Plant in Chikhali, Pune. This is the third phase of a joint 17 MWp on-site solar project, of which a 10 MWp has been installed earlier. It will become home to India’s largest on-site solar project. They have recently inked a Power Purchase Agreement for this project. 26 foreign terrorists killed in J-K

Security forces have killed 26 foreign terrorists linked to the Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed outfits in Jammu and Kashmir in the first five months of the year, a senior police officer said on Thursday.
