AI infrastructure and data centre company Yotta Data Services has raised approximately $150 million in fresh growth capital from non-institutional investors, valuing the company at around ₹37,000 crore. The funding will be used to strengthen the company's balance sheet and support the next phase of its artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure expansion. According to the company, the capital was raised over the past few months and consists entirely of primary investment, with no promoter offer for sale (OFS).
