A special court for SC/ST cases is likely to pronounce the judgment in the Thanagazi gang rape case in Rajasthan’s Alwar on Tuesday. Five men had allegedly raped the woman in presence of her husband for two hours, filmed the crime, and later circulated its video on social media. Sengathir identified the three as Chhote Lal Gurjar, Mahesh Gurjar and Hansraj Gurjar. The Uttar Pradesh Police on Monday filed 19 FIRs in connection with the Hathras case. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday raided the premises of senior Congress leader DK Shivakumar in connection with the alleged corruption case against him. On Saturday authorities in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras reopened the borders and said that they will allow media to enter the village where a 19-year-old woman was gang-raped, said the official.
