Namsai police and CRPF search for escaped inmates

A large-scale manhunt is underway in Namsai after four dangerous criminals, including an NSCN insurgent, escaped from the local judicial jail early Sunday morning. Mizoram gets Rs 8 crore for refugee support

Mizoram has been allocated Rs 8 crore by the Central Government to support over 43,000 refugees from Myanmar, Manipur, and Bangladesh, the state Assembly was informed on Tuesday.
