ABD clocks record FY26 earnings, ICONiQ white crosses 10 million cases

Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited (ABD) reported record financial results for FY26, driven by strong premium portfolio growth, luxury expansion and rising global presence. The company posted its highest-ever annual EBITDA of ₹568 crore, up 25.8 per cent from ₹451 crore in FY25, while PAT rose 13 per cent to ₹220 crore. Income from operations increased 11.5 per cent to ₹3,949 crore.

In Q4FY26, ABD recorded its seventh consecutive profitable quarter post listing, with revenue rising 9.1 per cent to ₹1,020 crore. Quarterly EBITDA touched an all-time high of ₹182 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 17.9 per cent. However, quarterly PAT declined 52.1 per cent to ₹38 crore.

ABD Managing Director Alok Gupta said the company’s growth was led by accelerated premiumisation, expansion of the luxury portfolio and disciplined cost management. The company’s flagship ICONiQ White whisky crossed the 10-million-case milestone in FY26, growing 87.8 per cent year-on-year.

ABD also expanded operations to 36 countries from 23 markets last year. Its luxury arm ABD Maestro launched ‘The Collective’, a limited-edition 34-year-old Macallan single malt priced at ₹11 lakh per bottle, and introduced Zoya Pink gin in Maharashtra.

The company further announced plans to acquire up to 50 per cent stake in Kion Blenders Industries for up to ₹45 crore to strengthen manufacturing and supply chain capabilities in Andhra Pradesh.

Kolkata could emerge as a key growth region for ABD’s premium and luxury brands amid rising urban demand for high-end whiskies and craft gin. Retailers in Kolkata are witnessing increasing consumer preference for premium spirits, which may support stronger sales of brands like ICONiQ White, Arthaus and Zoya gin in eastern India.
