Over 22 percent polling was recorded till 1 pm in Punjab's Sangaru Lok Sabha seat by-election on Thursday. Voting began for the parliamentary seat at 8 am. the ruling AAP faces its first test of popularity after its impressive performance in the assembly elections before this year. According to figures available by the Election Commission at 1 pm, the voting percentage was 22.21.
