New COVID-19 cases in Odisha

Odisha recorded 12 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, taking the tally to 12,88,222, a health department bulletin said. Another 53 coronavirus patients have died so far due to comorbidities. Odisha now has 114 active cases. The daily positivity rate was 0.08 percent and four of the newly infected persons were children. In total, 14,225 samples were tested for Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.

Rajasthan HC stays arrest of TV journalist Aman Chopra

The Rajasthan High Court on Tuesday stayed the arrest of Noida-based journalist Aman Chopra who was booked by the state police for a TV controversy over the demolition of a temple by civic authorities in Alwar district. Twelve new Covid cases at 0.08% TPR in Odisha

Odisha reported 12 new COVID-19 cases at 0.08% test positivity rate on Tuesday, with the tally rising to 12,88,222, the health department bulletin said. Odisha now has 166 active cases, while 12,78,877 patients have recovered from the disease, including seven on Monday, the bulletin said. The daily positivity rate was 0.08 per cent as the new COVID-19 cases were detected from 14,225 sample tests.
